Surface Preparation – Polishing and oxide removal of titanium, aluminum, and steel surfaces
Heating – Electric heating furnace, temperature controlled at 200–400°C
Cold-Roll Composite – Four-high reversing mill rolls multi-layer metals at 3 m/min
Annealing & Straightening – Stress-relief in bell annealing furnace for 1–2 days
Slitting & Laser Cutting – Coils can be cut to sheets, edges trimmed, and surface quality inspected
Packaging & Storage – Supports large-volume shipping and inventory
